What is our Scheme   
Available on Mobility Scooters, Powerchair's, Wheelchair's Adjustable Beds and Riser Recliner Chairs   
Our Scheme is a rental ( Hire ) agreement with a difference.    

We provide Mobility and Homecare products for long term rental ( Hire )

We provide virtually 100% acceptance to our scheme for those that can meet the payments

The agreement is for three years, however with one calendar months notice the agreement can be terminated after the first 18 months.

The payments plan is simple. On one of our fleet products the first payment is 2 x the monthly rentals, followed by 36 payments. On new products the first payment is 3 x the monthly rental followed by 36 monthly payments.

The big question asked, what happens should the hirer die. At any time during the rental agreement should this event occur, then we will collect the product and future payments will not be sought, and no liability will pass to others. Any outstanding payments and liabilities under the terms and conditions will be sought.
All mobility products are supplied with:   

Fully comprehensive insurance where appropriate (Policy terms available to see before taking product)

All annual servicing

Consumables such as tyres (except punctures) and batteries (providing replacement is not due to misuse)

Delivery and collection

Roadside assistance through insurers

At home servicing and repairs as well as telephone technical support

Repairs on site, loan vehicle provided if not able to repair on visit
Our Scheme is a 3 year term at the conclusion of which you are offered three choices.   

To return the product and start a new rental with a new product

To continue the rental for a maximum of another 2 years, but with a reduced rental of one quarter of the rental payments of the first 3 years.

To purchase the product on a new purchase agreement and own the goods after 4 more similar monthly payments

What could be easier, if you are looking for a mobility scooter or simple powerchair you could be riding it in a few days. A more specialist powerchair takes a little longer as a full assessment is needed, then the vehicle needs to be built to meet your needs. But, most importantly we offer a scheme for all types of aids.

1. WHAT YOU GET
1.1. You get assistance with your choice of a suitable product
1.2. Delivery of the product
1.3. Instruction on the operation, care and charging of the vehicle
1.4. Fully Comprehensive Insurance of the vehicles where appropriate
1.5. Ongoing Servicing at home as well as Telephone support
1.6. Annual Servicing
1.7. Batteries and Tyres where needed and in compliance with term 3.3 below
1.8. Right to terminate the contract at any time after the first 18 months with one months notice in writing
2. WHAT YOU AGREE TO DO
2.1. Ensure you use the vehicle in accordance with the highway code where appropriate
2.2. Keep the vehicle secure at all times when not in use
2.3. Take care of the vehicle, not abusing it and ensure it is kept clean and charged
2.4. Keeping the vehicle safely stored out of the elements when not in use.
3. WHAT YOU ARE LIABLE FOR WHICH COULD COST YOU MONEY
3.1. Damage to the vehicle which you do not notify us of and for which you do not make an insurance claim, or the insurers do not meet the claim for any reason
3.2. Cosmetic neglect to the fabric of the goods
3.3. Replacement cost for tyres and batteries if damage is caused by misuse or neglect
3.4. Failure to return the vehicle at the end of the contract or when requested by the company
3.5. Any unpaid rental payments due on the contract until the goods are returned safely
4. WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANOTHER RENTAL AGREEMENT IF
4.1. All rental payments are not made
4.2. An agreement has not run to the end but has been terminated early by the customer without agreement by the company on a medical need with the customer
