1.3. If you do decide to make a purchase then we will allow up to 2 months of the rentals paid against the purchase price
1.4. You may also decide to make use of our long term rental plan which gives you the benefit of total care of the vehicle
1.5. Instruction on the operation, care and charging of the vehicle when delivered to you.
1.6. Full insurance including roadside assistance
1.7. We do not offer this service on beds, bathlifts or riser/recliner chairs
2. WHAT YOU AGREE TO DO
2.1. Ensuring you use the vehicle in accordance with the highway code
2.2. Keep the vehicle secure
2.3. Caring for the vehicle, not abusing it
2.4. Keeping the vehicle safely stored
3. WHAT YOU ARE LIABLE FOR WHICH COULD COST YOU MONEY
3.1. Damage to the vehicle which you do not notify us of and which you do not make an insurance claim for, or the insurers do not meet for any reason
3.2. Cosmetic neglect
3.3. Replacement cost for tyres and batteries if damage is caused by misuse or neglect, if you look after the charging then this will not be called
3.4. Failure to return the vehicle at the end of the contract or when requested by the company
3.5. Any unpaid rental payments due on the contract.
